Before students can really focus on a career, they must first discover their natural strengths. This module provides self-assessment tools to define several areas of interest to students, and then covers the entire process, from application to maintenance and from personal brand to professional values.

Leaders have the ability to influence others within an organization. In this experiment, students are invited to carefully examine their own spheres of influence and to assess the impact they may potentially have on others. They have tools that they can use to positively influence their school or work environment and improve their personal skills.

The 3 Ps are not only important for entrepreneurs, they are the foundation of any successful business. This module introduces and builds on these principles to teach students the internal and external factors that affect businesses and how preparing for change in these environments is imperative for the future of the business.
